H&H is leading the development, Bright Start owns the project, and Rosewood brings the residential brand and service model. The official collection has 63 tower residences and five sea-facing villas. For buyers comparing luxury off-plan property in Dubai, the real differentiator is not a long amenity list. It is the combination of 68 private homes, Rosewood service and a central waterfront position. The trade-off is that Peninsula Dubai is still developing, while commercial terms and future ownership costs must be checked from current official documents before booking. - View- and layout-led buyers: The brochure shows one- to five-bedroom plans and four view categories. Confirm the selected unit’s floor, outdoor space, exact outlook and possible future obstruction before reserving.
- Not a yield-first purchase: Price, payment plan, service charges and resale terms were not verified. Check any quotation against registered project sales, Aman Dubai and other Peninsula or Jumeirah branded residences before deciding.
