Tilal Binghatti Villas is a dedicated collection of six-bedroom landed homes within Tilal Binghatti, Binghatti’s first master-planned villa community in Academic City, Dubai. This page covers two residence types only: the Tilal Islands Mansion, identified as a twin villa, and the Tilal Islands Grand Mansion, identified as a standalone villa. The Mansion offers a total built-up area of 3,779.85 sq. ft. and starts from AED 6.9 million, while the larger Grand Mansion provides 6,916.46 sq. ft. across a basement, ground floor, and two upper floors, starting from AED 16 million.
