Overview
Mercedes‑Benz Places | Binghatti City is presented as a landmark residential community rather than a collection of separate buildings. It as a master-planned, city-scale vision that redefines urban living by transforming global brand prestige into a lived experience. Twelve towers of “stunning proportion” form an unmistakable skyline, their flowing, sculpted surfaces expressing kinetic energy and drawing inspiration from Mercedes‑Benz performance design. Binghatti promotes the community as the world’s first Mercedes-Benz-branded city, with a city‑scale identity anchored by a central tower that acts as both a landmark and a constant point of orientation. The plan integrates residential and retail components, with podium edges punctuated by retail, cafés and lifestyle uses that blur indoor‑outdoor boundaries.
Mercedes‑Benz Places | Binghatti City is a master‑planned development in Meydan’s Nad Al Sheba 1 district. It represents Binghatti Developers’ first large‑scale community and marks the second collaboration between the Dubai developer and the German automotive brand. The project is branded under licence: Mercedes‑Benz and its logos remain the intellectual property of Mercedes‑Benz Group AG and are used by Binghatti Developers FZE under licence; Binghatti is solely responsible for development, marketing, and operations. The scheme is valued at about AED 30 billion and spans more than ten million square feet. Binghatti describes the community as “a city within a city” built around twelve architecturally synchronised towers arranged around a signature central tower called Vision Iconic. Residences will include studio, one‑, two‑, and three‑bedroom apartments, with the signature tower offering four‑ and five‑bedroom homes. Gulf News reports that the scheme will contain over 13,000 homes
At the heart of the development lies the Grand Promenade, a large landscaped park described as a green spine. It introduces curvilinear walkways, water features, shaded groves, art pavilions, and wellness zones. The promenade is complemented by a network of indoor facilities and twelve specialised sporting clubs - including padel, squash, climbing, archery, Pilates, spin studios and golf simulators - along with family pools, gyms, yoga decks, sky jogging tracks, event halls, private screening lounges, an e‑sports lounge and concierge services
